• Payment: 50% advance, 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed).
• Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions included; additional changes may be billed hourly.
• Ownership: Full ownership of final code transfers to you after full payment. We retain the right to use generic code components in other projects.
• Delivery: Estimated timelines are provided; delays due to client feedback or third-party services are not our responsibility.

3. Intellectual Property

The content, design, logos, and code of this website (excluding third-party libraries) are the property of TechWebSolution. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission. However, you are free to use the output generated by our free tools for any personal or commercial purpose.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our free tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error‑free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use them at your own risk. For custom development, we warrant that the delivered code will substantially conform to the agreed specifications for 30 days after delivery.
